Celebrity PSAs II - Will Ferrell & Jennifer Aniston for Burma (VIDEO)

“With great power comes great responsibility,” and that is true for holding celebrity status as well. Hollywood A-listers have a huge influence on people, so it’s great to see stars like Will Ferrell use their fame for a good cause.

The Anchorman star is known for his funny ways, but through these PSAs, he proves that the unjust treatment of humans in Burma (Myanmar) is no laughing matter. The celebrity PSAs bring light to the fact that people like Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi should not be left imprisoned.

“Every now and again, a single person or event captures the imagination and inspiration of the world,” Will says in the video. “This moment belongs to Burma and to Aung San Suu Kyi. Please, honor her courage, honor your compassion and let this be the month you join an effort to change the world.”

The ads will begin airing tomorrow on BurmaItCantWait.org and will include clips from other stars including Woody Harrelson, Jason Biggs, Jenny Mollen, Sarah Silverman, Julie Benz, Ellen Page, Anjelica Huston, Judd Apatow and Sylvester Stallone.
