WhaleALERT is a new wildlife conservation technology that alerts shipping operators when they are in close proximity to the endangered whales. This warning allows the ships to either change routes or speed in order to avoid clashing with the whales or hurting them in any way.

The clash of human operations and wildlife existence rarely ends well for the animal kingdom. After we have done an unbelievable amount of damage, we are finally starting to become conscious of our actions and embrace our presence as part of nature that has direct influence.
