Most people would be a little immbarrased that they cut the cheese but not Troy Landwehr. Troy the Champon Cheese Carver. He is a professional Cheese Carver and Wine maker.  Troy has carved some very spectaular cheese to look like the founding fathers of United States. His work is just amazining.
