Avian Aquariums - Fish Bird Tanks

As far as traditional pets are concerned, fish aquariums have become mainstream, as have bird cages. But how about somewhat enclosed fish cage inside an aquarium?
The picture seems somewhat odd, and I hope the animals adapted well to the situation, but if it works out without any harm to them, it could be quite an idea.
From a purely cosmetic perspective, this design allows the pet owners and pets themselves to experience a different perspective, much like people who visit the zoo.
