So far it seems that this decade is all about accessories, and this year especially is all about colours. Let it be gloves, hats, scarfs or socks. Yes, it’s time to rethink that old fashioned thought that only black socks are acceptable, and only black tights are elegant.

For me, these happy colourful models by the Finnish duo, Zukale & Huoviala were love at first sight.

This team’s been working together since 2003, and since then they haven’t stopped creating lovely, handprinted clothes and accessories in “original and uncompromising style on the edge of reason and loveliness”, as they put it.
