WETV's ‘Sex Change Hospital'
Transsexuals make their television debut on WETV’s ‘Sex Change Hospital’ this fall. With the controversy surrounding Prop. 8 in California and a deep and resounding call to acknowledge equal rights for all, we can expect to see this show climb the ranks--if for no other reason than sheer curiosity.
This isn’t the first time transsexuals have stormed television. ‘America’s Next Top Model’ recently featured a transsexual, and Barack Obama acknowledged gender identity in his pledge for equality for all.
