Bruegger’s may be best known for its bagels, but the chain recently bolstered its sandwich selection with the debut of the new Western Brisket Sandwich and the new Smokehouse Brisket Egg Sandwich.
Available from participating Bruegger’s locations, both the Western Brisket Sandwich and the new Smokehouse Brisket Egg Sandwich are made with savory smoked brisket. The Western Brisket Sandwich paired the meat with fresh green and red peppers, red onions, and chipotle mayo, all served on a gourmet Five-Cheese bagel. As for the Smokehouse Brisket Egg Sandwich, this dish pairs brisket with a fresh-cracked egg, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno cream cheese, all on a plain bagel – a combination that makes for a very hearty breakfast.
