A new breed of cat has been recently developed, which has cat lovers (and sci-fi lovers) of the world super excited; described as a hybrid of a cat, a dog and a werewolf, the werewolf cat is a new breed that stems from a genetic mutation.

The Lykoi Cats, aka the werewolf cat, are a genetically modified breed of cats that are unable to have a full coat of fur from growing (including on the face) on domestic shorthair cats, giving them the appearance of a werewolf.

The idea of a werewolf looking cat is awesome, and the cats themselves are adorably cute, but hopefully this experimental breeding doesn’t cause the funny looking kitties any harm in the future. Stats for Werewolf Cat Hybrids Trending: Older & Chilly
