Extreme houseboating? Is that possible? If this concept from SchwimmHausBoot gets built, it could be.

The featured design is the Silberfisch and is attempting to tackle overcrowding in waterfront urban areas. Using the waterways as living space makes great sense. When global warming raises the ocean levels a few feet, we all may be clamoring for this kind of living.

The interior and furniture concepts were created by Confused Direction Designers.
