This removable sink by Hughie could save many gallons of water that would normally go down the drain. The tub, which is in the running for a 2009 AIDA award, is designed to be inserted into your existing kitchen sink, in a camper, boat or used on its own. It is easily transported with the sturdy folding handles. After washing dishes, rinsing veggies or draining pasta, carry the sink outside release the plug and use the graywater for your garden and containers. Using a wash tub is an old concept but this design has been made current with upgraded materials, styling and features; it is available in five trendy colors.  If every household captured a minimum of twenty-five litres a day, the impact on our water resources would be immense.
