Well, it’s not clear whether it has real health benefits or not, what seems clear as the water itself is that this is an extended luxury trend in the USA, according to the number of branches and their costs. They cost between 40$ and 75$ a bottle, and their properties include magnesium, calcium, even a bit of sodium… Well, nothing you can just add in powder, in fact according to UCLA researches this expensive waters have no extra benefits for humans compared to cheaper ones.

The reason for their succes is the idea of being exclusive, selling them in limited editions with such luxury components like Swarowsky glasses attached to the bottle. Premium water -in theory- and premium package, plus a strange origin, let’s say it comes from the very little mountains in Switzerland, but only for two months a year. Then there you have it, 75$ water! Maybe you can become a collector, because the “best brand” concept for this kind of waters changes in a very short time. Before you realize you will have spent a thousand dollars finding no difference with other brands… but feeling so rich!
