The Zero Waste Cap now offers a solution to help you use every last drop of lotion from a pump bottle with its waste-reducing bottle caps. According to Consumer Reports, "17%-25% of the contents are left inside the bottle when the pump stops functioning properly," making the handy caps a perfect solution to an everyday problem.
The Zero Waste Cap is a specially designed lid with a snap-on adapter that threads on to the neck of any standard-size lotion bottle, transforming any pump bottle into one with a flip-top cap. The user simply flips the bottle upside down and gravity moves the lotion towards the cap, making it easy to remove. Once an entire bottle has been used up, the caps can easily be swapped out and used on any other bottle.
The waste-reducing bottle caps are currently being funded through a Kickstarter campaign with the goal of bringing the product to market by this summer.
