Baskin-Robbins recently put a twist on its original ice cream sandwiches by using warm cookies instead of chilled biscuits. With winter slowly turning into spring, these cookies provide a perfect transitional treat.

The new Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches from Baskin-Robbins consist of ice cream stuffed between two warm cookies and finished with toppings such as chocolate sprinkles and chopped almonds. Customers can choose from a number of different cookies, including White Chunk Macadamia Nut, Dark Chocolate Chunk, Double Fudge and Peanut Butter Chocolate. Customers can even choose a different cookie for the top and bottom if they just can't seem to decide.

In addition to the new Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches, the chain is also offering a Warm Cookie Sundae. This dish also features two warmed cookies accompanied by a scoop of sweet ice cream and flavored sauces.
