Having opened its first brick and mortar location in New York City in 2013, a range of Warby Parker uniforms suddenly needed to be created. Rather than mandating a single uniform item, the e-retailer turned boutique offers a flexible set of uniform staples around which employees can plan a cohesive work outfit.

The Warby Parker uniforms are all the same shade of navy blue, with a button-down shirt for men and two options for women. Female employees at the Warby Parker flagship have the choice of two tops; a fitted tee-shirt dress and a button-down tunic. The variety may not seem like much, but there is a huge convenience in being able to mix and match work outfits in a way that is refreshing everyday and can be reassessed based on the weather.
