The Vogue Germany Rush Hour Photoshoot Showcases Movement

The Vogue Germany Rush Hour August 2014 photoshoot provides a literally mid-motion look at model Hilary Rhoda. In each shot taken by photographer Camilla Akrans, Rhoda is pictured toting a large bicycle or hunched over the wheels as she pedals forward, providing the magazine with an appealing sense of motion.

Stylist Ludivine Poi walked the fine line between athleticism and chic apparel. Although the images called for workout apparel and running shoes, Poi incorporated leather jackets, blazers, oxford shirts and pea coats, pieces that are far more appropriate for the Fall 2014 season.

Hair expert Franco Gobbi chose to slick back the tresses of Rhoda by sweeping them to the side, enabling her to take on the appeal of a biker. Stats for Mid-Motion Editorials Trending: This Quarter & Hot
