PeekInToo is a video sharing app that describes itself as the "world’s first anonymous social-network for video exchange through mobile devices." The app gives users a look into what’s happening globally, by sharing 12-second snippets of what they see to other parts of the world.

With PeekInToo, users can search by events or simply select a marker on the map. The structure of the PeekInToo app is one that takes something like the essence of Vine or Instagram video and give the second-long clips a time, place and context.

"Peekers" can immerse themselves into destinations they’ve yet to travel to, by requesting peeks into specific areas, in the hopes that a member located in that area will provide. Video sharing on PeekInToo can be completely anonymous, but there is also the option to connect other social accounts to the app.
