If the Gucci collection is any indication of the fall 2014 fashion vibe, the Versace Fall 2014 Collection supports it. Instinctively Italian, the collection also features retro-inspired looks with a twist. The mistress of maximalism is just one way to describe the creative direction the collection took this season, with an almost sober long sleeve, bias-cut dress and asymmetrical hems.

It's equestrian, exotic and luxurious, of course, with a rich palette of bright red and denim blue. Cuts are revealing and flirtatious, while the brand does not sacrifice class by any means, featuring midi-dresses with military-esque buttons and detailing.

The military cues continue on purses, sleeves, jackets and pants, while other bodices are adorned with luxurious furs in red and blue. Outfits wouldn't be complete without a Versace bag, which accompany the models down the runway.
