Thanks to our friends at model D media for this great video on the hippest restaurant in the D - Slows Bar-b-que. Since its opening a little over a year ago, Slow’s has been pleasing audiences with its on-spot hip design, great ambiance and unbelievable ribs, brisket, mac & cheese and homemade desserts.
