In a time of stir-crazy citizens and economic uncertainty, Matthias Kaeding has come up with the Unit3 housing concept. The Unit3 is a simple cube-inspired living space that carries all the essentials of a home.

The catch is that the Unit3 is not a permanent residence; however, it can be expanded upon endlessly in any direction. There are no limits to the housing possibilities with this design. Whether you need a hospital or one bedroom, the Unit3 can easily accommodate you for a short time.
