Five meters below the Indian Ocean sits the “first-ever undersea restaurant in the world.”  This restaurant, built and introduced by Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa, “is part of a US $5 million dollar re-build of Rangalifinolhu Island, one of the twin islands that make up Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa.” 

The cuisine is dedicated to the fine balance of western food items with a Maldivian flavor, the wine concept is equally exciting, offering diners the perfect opportunity to discover the wines of the prestigious Champagne house Louis Roederer. (bloggingwv)

Fish in motion...WoooW...dalla vista d'una gastronomade come me, questo e' veramente affascinante..mai vista una cosa del genere..Speriamo che altri intraprendenti ristoratori seguino questo trend e portino piu' possibili localita' sottomarine alla vista di gente ordinaria..
