Atomically Revamped Logos

The New Uber Logo Features An Atom Symbol

The brand new Uber logo has been designed with the central figure being an atom, in place of the previous minimalistic silver and black 'U'.

Uber says that the atom symbol represents Uber's status as more than just an app, but a transportation network that is an important component of cities and how people move within them. The atom symbol is burnished with colors and patterns that are customized for different countries. Green and red are used for Ireland, while orange, yellow and pink are used for India.

This new Uber logo ultimately appears to be a statement by the company to everyone to take its diversification seriously, as Uber has started to evolve beyond the transportation sector to food-delivery and more. This new branding effort is part of Uber's evolution as one of the most disruptive companies in the world today.
