These Toms Women’s Wrap Boot in olive green by 80’s Purple are really quirky but rather attractive.

The footwear is composed of ankle-length dark green boots and matching detachable fabric made out of 100% cotton. The fabric wraps around the legs about a foot below the knee and the fabric is fastened at the top with Velcro.

Elastic wrap extending from the ankle, velcro closure, 100% cotton canvas upper, eva sole with textured bottom for improved traction. (likecool)
