Tseng Yi Wen doesn't see the problem with an occasional smoke; what he does see is an issue with the amount of tobacco present in modern cigarettes. Because of this, he has created a few different cigarette designs to help cut down.

One of his designs is a shareable cigarette, that is to be cut in the middle. This design allows for less tobacco consumption by both parties. Another design has an increasing filter size as the day goes by. By doing this, it cuts down on the amount of tobacco day by day, allowing for easier quitting. The Third attaches an identification number to a cigarette butt, allowing for easy tracking of an individual that discards their cigarette butts in the street.

All three of these designs make quitting much easier, for anyone struggling with the task
