The Amazing Philippines Beauties contest is one of many international pageants dedicated to cross-dressers, drag queens, transsexuals, transvestites, and transgendered individuals. The men (women?) wear makeup, dress in drag, and some even go so far as to have their physical bodies altered, from getting breast implants to removing their manhood. The winner has the privilege of competing in the Miss International Queen contest in Thailand, featured in the video.
