Located on the bay of Fogo Island in Newfoundland, Canada, the 'Tower Studio' by Saunders Architecture is a fascinating modern dwelling that resembles the rocky landscape around it.

Up close, the Tower Studio is formed with sharp, angular linear lines forming twists and turns that make this home look funky. From afar, the black facade is subtle and does not distract from the natural surroundings comprised of water and rock.

It's a three-story abode that takes a bit of a hike to get to; the pathway leading to the house is not grand, but is rather a small, 12 inch-wide boardwalk.

In the interior, the house has odd cuts and sloped walls that add to its one-of-a-kind design. Grand windows and skylights offer a ton of natural light along with breathtaking views of this eastern Canadian region. The Tower Studio by Saunders Architecture is truly a remarkable design.
