Hong-Kong based company Gowin Technology is offering an ingenious contraption dubbed the 'Zmartframe' -- it's a touchscreen frame that can be attached to a monitor to bring touchscreen capabilities to a PC, or can be used to transform it into a standalone Android touchscreen device.

The Zmartframe touchscreen frame fits over existing monitors and can be secured in place via back straps. It can be attached to 16:9 monitors with screen sizes of 19, 22 or 24 inches. It offers a touch response time of 8 milliseconds.

The device can be hooked up to a PC via a USB connection, and can be set up using software that allows users to select designated spots on the screen. The Zmartframe then calibrates these spots, providing two-touch capability.
