If we ever ran out of land [?] this is the place to be—the latest additon to our ever enterprising architects…this one is for research and it will attract more men than fishes. Floating structure made of acrylic and crystal clear glazing for that incredible view of the underwater world. Make ten [to start with] of these inflatable rings and we would have a truly instant underwater, submersible neighbourhood.
