Tiger Woods Dubai Golf Course + $64 Billion Development

Tiger Woods isn’t the first golfer to design courses, but this does mark his first leap into the industry.  With his new company Tiger Woods Design, it probably won’t be the last.

Will Tiger be able to follow in the footsteps of champion-turned-designer Jack Nicolaus?  Time will tell, but the Tiger brand certainly has a lot of value.

The course, Al-Ruwaya, will be a 7,800 yard par 72 championship course.  To complete the course, 30,000 fully grown trees will need to be imported.

It will include a golf academy, luxury boutique hotel, and get this: 100 villas, 22 palaces, and 75 mansions.
