House SH, designed by Coelacanth and Associates, is a three-story house constructed with a steel frame. It measures a whopping 700-square feet and is nestled among other residences of the same size, as well as large apartment high-rises.

This Tokyo-based house is minimalist with a front facade that features a slightly cantilevered volume, also serving as a light for the front entrance. Narrow floor-to-ceiling windows are positioned on the front and back of the building to allow an abundant amount of natural light into the interior.

The high-density area requires sweeping curtains near the windows to encourage privacy for the residents. The interior is composed of exposed wooden walls with epoxy white floors and ceilings. White and wood is maintained throughout the whole interior.
