These give a whole new layer to the phrase “Think before you ink.” If you want to make sure everyone sees your tattoo and positively can’t miss it, then you have to ink your design on your head. I talk from experience, as I have spent the last week pulling down my trousers to show everyone my brand new first tattoo.

This collection of images truly is remarkable—some of these images stand alone, while others are part of an all-body tattoo such as Zombie and Alien Boy. The man with a slice of pizza on his head did it for a cystic fibrosis charity and to celebrate the opening of his new business—a take-out pizza shop.
