Don´t you? The credit of the design goes to architect Jeff Kovel from Skylab Architecture and interior to designer Lucy Metcalf. The Cullen´s residence melds the technological and the primitive in its materials and systems. The home features daring cantilevers, advanced building systems and controls, and cutting edge details, yet the surfaces, textures and spaces are natural and intuitive. Daylight and electric light play quietly against the warmth and textures of natural materials, all this characteristics made this house the perfect one for the shooting of Twilight movie scenes with the most famous and cool vampire family.  The Hoke residence was originally built as a ’spec’ house or a project built without a client as a development for sale.
After two days on the market, the house was purchased by the director of footwear design at Nike, John Hoke. Following a cover story in a northwest architecture publication, The Hoke’s were approached by a film location scout, a little film called Twilight :)
