The New Social Friendly Fashion Edit

An interesting discovery I made today: future clothes are not only for the sake of clothing and fashion, but to save nature, to pay attention to the problems of women in prison and their afterword socialization, or aimed to be a PR media of coffee and cocoa sales for the country like Cote D`Ivoir.

This eco social activist fashion caught me in the eye on the designers site http://www.inhabitat.com which promoted elenagarciastudio.com. Next I found out that Garcia`s collection is made from organic fabrics by sweing masters who are ex prisoners. And then a Russian marketing site on my rss feed http://www.sostav.ru/ told me on a new collection made by Felicia May using second hand fabrics from the bags of exported coffee beans.

The new social friendly fashion must be coincisely more specific and not only by shapes or colours as it used to be in such styles like military but also by its fabrics, or sewing masters, who produce and sell the collection. In my opinion it is a very positive trend in society - to produce socially responsible clothing, not just organic, but full of meaning. It`s a general PR law to act in the whole system so that one could benefit his mission and serve to society.
I may be wrong, but such dresses are relevant exactly once when their owner tells someone about his own social responsibility and this the aim to make people speak, isn`t it? But tell me who cares for ex prisoners today or coffee plantators in far away country? I can not understand yet how could I get involved in such great idea to help our activeless society?
