It’s like a genie’s magic lamp for your nose!

You tilt your head and pour it up one nostril and the water pours right back out the other side, flushing out the entire nasal cavity along with any "congestion". You won't drown because you can breathe freely through your mouth and it only feels weird the first couple of times.
