Just imagine preparing a nice hot cup of tea for you and your grandmother and not having to worry about that awful clanging noise of the cup and saucer as you prepare to serve them. 

Inspired by the stacks of a Nuclear power plant, these ‘Chimney Cups’ will not only limit noise, but they are pretty snazzy-looking too. The set of 4 ceramic cups sits nicely on a wooden tray.

This item is still in the prototype stage but I look forward to seeing it in the future on a table near you!

Ah so simple yet so useful. Great idea. The only downside I can think of is that they are not as efficient to store and would take more space as they cant be stacked.
