It's always so nice when you find that one restaurant you love going back to, and The Corner Room by chef Nuno Mendes will undoubtedly become of these places for those living in London.
The bistro-style restaurant is located at The Town Hall Hotel and boasts an intimate atmosphere. Designed by Talenia Phua Gajardo and Camiel Weijenberg, The Corner Room features unique features like a series of varying light fixtures exhibited on one wall. The best part about this place must be that the menu changes weekly; talk about trying something new!
It's too bad I don't live in London or I would definitely be checking out The Corner Room.
Implications - Cozy designs are attracting more customers than extremely modern and sleek ones. Shoppers want to feel comfortable and at home rather than in an sterile environment they can't enjoy themselves. Companies could come out with more of these inviting atmospheres when coming out with new designs for their retail spaces in order to increase their popularity.
