If you've ever longingly wished for the day when you could control your vehicle like a Jedi from Star Wars, the BrainDriver may just be the very thing you've been hoping for for.
Currently under research and development at Freie Universität Berlin by professor Raul Rojas, the BrainDriver is a headpiece that incorporates 16 sensors, which in turn use electroencephalography to steer the wheel of a vehicle. Although the technology has a long way to go before allowing users to fully control a car, it's nevertheless a huge step forward into an exciting new realm of possibilities.
