The Anger Bar - Smash Glasses, Rant or Hit Workers

Here’s a bar that caters to a very specific niche market—angry people.

The Rising Sun Anger Release Bar in Nanjing, China lets customers smash glasses, rant and even hit specially trained workers. The bar employs 20 men who have been given protective gear and special training. Customers can ask these employees to dress up as the characters they hate the most—I’m sure their bosses are a popular choice—and then beat them up.

“Pressure in today’s society comes from just about anywhere, from family or from work, from your boss or your girlfriend. We get no place to vent anger,” said salesman Chen Liang.

Interestingly, most of the customers are women working in the service or entertainment industries.

I guess everyone needs an outlet.
