The 1/2 Project is Literally Filled With Two-Faced Folks

The 1/2 Project is easily one of the most disturbing and engrossing photo projects I have come across in some time. This unique set of photos were taken by Venezuelan photography student Jesús González Rodríguez. Rodríguez has managed to merge side profile and full frontal shots into one amazing image.

The resulting series of photos needs to be viewed from two different angles in order to be truly appreciated. The 1/2 Project is a real-life version of the classic picture depicting either two white faces against a black backdrop or one white candlestick against a black backdrop. Even if you don't consider yourself a fan of photography, I highly recommend checking out the 1/2 Project. After all, where else can you see two different facial photographs in one shot?
