The Tempel of Denim by Wink Steals the Spotlight at Bread and Butter
Gracing Berlin's Bread and Butter tradeshow, the Tempel of Denim by Wink is a blue jean display created from 1000 dip-dyed t-shirts. An homage to denim, Dutch design firm Wink's dynamic monument celebrates the timeless textile.
Taking inspiration from the concept of world religions, this bold fashion display aims to unite a multitude of denim brands showcased at the German trade show. Recreating a religious space, the Wink architecture team raised a 2000 square meter tent with a centrally built runway set up to resemble a last supper table.
Vistors were seated at the large table that included place settings while models showcased denim looks accessorized to symbolize various world religions. From its awe-inspiring design to its controversial concept, the Tempel of Denim by Wink takes fashion to new heights.
