Dr. Sabine Seymour of Moondial curated an exhibit that combines style with functional technology to create technical clothing. Motorola has released its phone ‘Moto X” that is connected to a Bluetooth in your sneakers and when you jump, it redirects your browser to your Twitter or Facebook page.

Another example of technological fashion is the ‘Orchestra’ scarf designed by BLESS and engineered by POPKALAB. This scarf embodies a speaker in each button enabling you to create your own soundscape. Using the five different closures you can play five different tracks. It is an ingenious model that unleashes the potential of fashionable garments. You can move the scarf and wear it differently to create a different soundtrack. All of these garments are prototypes that prove these ideas are possible. These garments have the potential to change the fashion industry substantially.
