Ryan Fletcher's 'Tapas Micros' is an amazingly functional and at the same time well-designed pure porcelain dish collection for small food pieces. Chefs can now get the right dishes for their tasty masterpieces. As stated on the designer's website, the dishware is for presenting “sculptural food on sculptural objects.” So far many restaurants were really missing out on something that could add value to what they create and present to the clients. For decades, many restaurants were using regular old-fashioned durable ceramics, with not many changes in available designed serve-ware.

Alternatively, U.S.-based ceramist and designer Ryan Fletcher offers well-designed and durable dishware with his 'Tapas Micros' collection. All in one, most avant-garde restaurants now serve teaser, appetizers or test food, making this a must-have for restaurants of all calibers.
