For the modest price of about $20, this cool gimmick can be yours. Talking Japanese watches supply an audio component to traditional time-telling in a fashionable array of colors. 

For the non-Japanese customer, this is more or less useless unless you take the time to learn how to at least tell time in Japanese, but there is an economical aspect to value—the price of a Japanese instructor for an hour would likely cost more than the price of the watch.
