After having all your data on your phone suddenly erased, would $100 make you feel better? For T-Mobile Sidekick customers who had their personal content lost after the botched Microsoft/Danger/Hitachi server upgrade, there will be $100 gift cards and a free month of service for their troubles. Apparently not all T-Mobile Sidekick customers who lost data will receive a gift card, however. In the statement issued by T-Mobile, the phone company says efforts to recover data are still continuing and that only certain customers who experience a permanent loss of content will receive the $100 gift card.
