I imagine that this Super Mario Kart wedding cake was heartbreaking to cut despite the happiness of the occasion for which it was made. The wedding cake itself is black chocolate cake filled with bittersweet chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream and chocolate mousse. We wanted a game that we both enjoyed and decided on the game series we have spent the most time playing together.
