This Personal Air and Land Vehicle (PAL-V) will enable you to leap over traffic jams and reach your destination economically in a single bound. It is as fuel efficient as a motorcycle, except it can fly. It features a recounting rotor, propeller, and tail section recessed in its roof.

Wouldn’t it be lovely to drive one of these on a busy freeway or interstate highway during rush hour?

(I myself couldn’t even venture a guess as to what problems this would cause the State Police, or imagine what a high-speed chase would entail.)
