Alarmingly, 85% of the stuff we stress about doesn't even occur, so why add the extra burden to your health? According to the infographic, stress can affect everything from your digestion to your relationships.
To help avoid particular stresses, Happify broke up the tips on the infographic according to the source of the stress. For example, if you want to eliminate stress caused by work, do something as simple as buying a potted plant for your desk. Plants in a workspace have proven to lower stress and increase attention spans.
