Taking inspiration from "the confluence of seasons and the incessant tolling of ice cream jingles," the strawberry basil ice cream (or "n'ice cream") brings together spring strawberries with early summer basil. The treat can be enjoyed as a refreshing snack in hot weather, or when topped with granola and extra fruit, a sweet breakfast.
