A Dutch designer by the name of Rolf Bruggink has designed a stool and light accessory, dubbed the World Trade Center Stool/Light, to mark the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York.

Produced by Dutch company Sanders, this stool and light set is made of heavy cast iron and is designed to look like the Twin Towers, albeit at a 1:180 scale. The stool modules are shaped like cubes, and each of them is also equipped with an integrated lighting system as well as miniature windows. The blocks can be stacked atop one another to create a replica tower.

The Twin Towers themselves features a number of intricate details, many of which are replicated here in the World Trade Center Stool/Light. Bruggink's belief is that the product aims to expose "any associations that may be evoked by the events of [their] collapse."
