These Steel Box Lamps Emit Soft Glows from Behind Hard Shells

If a typical table lamp won't properly complement your minimalist interior decor, something like this steel box lamp certainly might. Made without the elegant base and the conventional crowning lampshade, this modern illuminator simply looks like a rectangular metal case.

MINIMALUX makes this geometric lighting object from thin, perforated panels, enabling the material to be folded sharply into shape. It's out of these slits on the edges that the rays from the inner lightbulb escape, casting broad streams out in a handful of directions. The so-called Neon Lights respond to the consumer interest in more sculptural and unusual forms of lamps, and ones that can be customized through the combination of several units in any color.
