Just when you thought Star Wars merchandise couldn't get any geekier, along come these Star Wars TechPlates.

These aluminum signs are sci-fi versions of the commemorative christening plates found on real ships. Said plates list facts about the ships and show them from multiple angles. These plates do much of the same, with the exception being that they focus on fictional ships in a galaxy far, far away.

The three ships that make up this series are the Landspeeder, Millennium Falcon and X-Wing. All three are iconic, although the Landspeeder can't fly in space. (Casual fans may be able to overlook that, however.) The Star Wars TechPlates are being made in a limited run of 295 apiece and are being sold for $264.
